   合理的结构层次使得玻璃钢制品具有优异的耐腐蚀性能及高强度的承载性能。泓昊牌玻璃钢制品的结构层次分为：内衬层（防腐层、防渗层）+结构层+外保护层

● 1. 防腐层： 即内表层，由内衬树脂+玻璃纤维表面毡或有机纤维聚酯毡构成，树脂含量＞90%。此层气密性好，内表光滑，主要提供制品的防腐、防渗功能。此层厚度＜1mm。

● 2. 防渗层：由内衬树脂+无碱玻璃纤喷射纱或短切毡构成

，树脂含量为70-80%。该层主要的作用是防腐蚀、防渗漏、保护防腐层，提高防腐层的抗内压能力。根据工况介质不同，层次厚度通常在1-6mm。

● 3. 结构层：由结构层树脂+无碱玻璃纤维构成，树脂含量为30-40%。此层厚度根据制品的受力情况经过科学、合理的优化设计及积累的工程经验确定，并通过微机控制，采用螺旋、环向或加单向布的缠绕成型方法，使得此层具有较高的力学性能，为玻璃钢制品提供抗内、外压力及外部载荷。此层厚度较大时需要多次成型。

● 4. 外保护层：由富树脂层或耐老化胶衣构成，制品在室内可以用富树脂层加入紫外线吸收剂，室外选用耐老化胶衣。主要作用为---制品的光氧老化。此层厚度＜1mm。

the reasonable structure level makes the glass fiber reinforced plastic products have excellent corrosion resistance&high strength bearing capacity. wang hao glass fiber reinforced plastic product structure is divided into: lining layer (anti-corrosion layer， impermeable layer) + structural layer + external protective layer.

●1.anti-corrosion layer: that is， the inner surface， from the lining resin + glass fiber surface felt/organic fiber polyester felt， resin content of 90%. the air tightness of the layer is good，&the inner surface is smooth. this layer thickness is about 1mm.

●2. impervious layer: from the lining resin + alkali free glass fiber jet yarn/chopped felt， resin content of 70-80%. the main function of this layer is to prevent corrosion， leakage， protect the anti-corrosion layer， improve the anti pressure ability of anti-corrosion layer. according to the working medium， the thickness of the layer is usually 1-6mm.

●3. the structure layer: composed of structural layer resin&alkali free glass fiber， resin content is 30-40% the thickness of this layer according to the stress situation of the products through the optimization of scientific&reasonable design&accumulated engineering experience，&through the microcomputer control，石油储罐缠绕设备，&adopts spiral hoop/winding method with unidirectional cloth，储罐缠绕设备， the mechanical properties of the layer is high， for the internal&external pressure&external loads for glass steel product. when the thickness of the layer is large， it needs to be formed several times.

●4. outer protective layer: composed of resin rich layer/anti-aging gel， products can be used with ultraviolet absorbent resin rich layer in the indoor， outdoor use anti-aging gel. the main effect is to delay the aging of products. this layer thickness is 1mm.

一：玻璃钢管道运输

 frp管道运输时，管道的底部嵌入木楔使之保持稳定，---没有两根管道相接触的情况发生。装运管道的高度为2米，埋地储罐缠绕设备，使用柔韧的带子或绳子将它们固定在运输工具上，不能用没有衬垫的钢丝或链条以免使管道发生磨损。

运输是管道底部建议至少3点以上支撑，已防止管道长期挠度过大而变形。

二：玻璃钢管道存放

 frp管道可以露天存放，但在存放时不应将它放置在热源暴露的地方

   夏天时对于长久不安装的管道，建议在管道外部包裹防晒网。

在安装过程中，必须小心谨慎以防止管道暴露在电焊的火星和切割的火焰及热/火/电源的附近。

当管道直接放于地上时，注意地面要平坦，不能有石块和容易引起管道损坏的尖利物体，所有的管道需加垫木楔以防止滚动。

应---管道在强风、不平的地区或其它水平条件下堆放得稳定。堆放高度不可以超过2米，1400毫米以上的管道切不可叠放。管道的径向挠曲不可超过直径的1.5% 。
